The Markets
We will be taking a break from our daily reports for the next week and a half, therefore commentary will be limited. We will continue posting seasonal charts of companies reporting earnings as well as stocks/sectors entering their period of seasonal strength. Regular reports will resume on Thursday, October 23rd as we prepare for the period of seasonal strength ahead for equity markets.
Sectors and Industries entering their period of seasonal strength:
The Steel industry comes off of a substantial period of seasonal weakness and begins a period of seasonal strength today. The period of strength runs through to mid-April, gaining around 21%, on average.
